This is probably my favorite Starbucks in the area. I like to stop here on my way to Marshall's or Petco. I like the fact that they keep up on the cleanliness of the place. They don't let the garbages overflow and sit. The baristas are always quick to get my order, and get it made. It's always delicious. You know how some places just don't get your coffee right? I have never had a problem at this particular Starbucks. They do have a drive thru, indoor seating, and outdoor seating. It's cozy to sit inside during the colder months and listen to the music while you sip your coféfé. They keep me coming back! Oh! And they always have a pretty large selection of travel cups and tumblers you can purchase.
This is the Starbucks I frequent the most. I love the fall flavors. They never seem to be out of anything. The drive thru moved really fast. The service is always friendly. The drinks are always good
Always a great experience in this store every time. Very friendly staff. But they were really busy today, holiday weekend and it looks like they were understaffed but the baristas continued to be very nice and accommodating. My order had a status online and it was indeed ready on the estimated time that it showed on the app. One lady was getting agitated but I can only hope that she based her complaints on what the approximated time of pick up was shown on the app... The staff we're working fast and hard in there. Thank you for my coffee! You are appreciated!
I absolutely love this Starbucks!!! The morning crew during the weekday is my favorite! Yes they can get pretty swamped and busy but they make sure to acknowledge customers. Nicole and Crystal are my favorites but I have love for the store as a whole!! I'm proud of my home Starbucks and they start my mornings off the right way!!
I love this Starbucks. They're always so nice. If they mess up on the drink, they make it right with no problem. Even the customers are super nice. They like to do the pay it forward thing on the drive thru.
I pulled up to this drive thru to pick up my mobile order: a grande Sugar Cookie Almondmilk Latte. Typical Starbucks, there were a few cars ahead of me. By, the time I made it to the speaker, it took about 3 minutes to greet me. The employee sounded a little frazzled when asking if I had been helped already. I told her "no" and asked her how she was doing, and she sounded much calmer after that. I'm assuming the lunch rush was really hectic today! I let her know I was picking up my mobile order. She then let me know to pull to the window. After waiting another 5 minutes and 2 cars later, I finally was able to get my prized drink in hand. This is my first time at this location, and even though service was slow, it did come with a smile when I got to the pick up window. My drink was made to perfection, although it was luke warm by the time I got it. The experience was satisfactory overall, therefore I will return.
Best Starbucks ever!! The staff at this location and a few others are dynamic and so AWESOME!! They always greet you with a welcoming smile or tone!! They get your order right and are not afraid to ask for a repeat if they are not sure they heard you correctly. They don't change these great attributes when they are busy nor do they change at different times of the day!! They are consistently delivering exceptional service. Of course we love our favs from a. Food and drinks stand point and Starbucks delivers quality every time. Please Starbucks never compromise your quality in food and drinks. Most recently a really helpful nice guy at the register made me aware of the return policy for the cool water bottles that they sell. I bought one for my daughter in a airport Starbucks, who did not share this with me. She unfortunately knock it off the counter a few days later before she could even use it. It broke. So I went into this location to buy her a more age appropriate and durable one. Lol. The guys informed me to keep my receipt and the barcode on the bottom of the bottle. If we have another oops or we can bring the pieces back and they will replace !! Wow!! How a I wish I knew that for the first bottle. Yet I'm so thankful to know it now!! I believe it's a 60 day limit but that is still great service. Thanks so much Starbucks!! Keep making a happy and great day for all your customers!!
